Gpu on my laptop not working anymore when i update to 2022-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5018496)

When i update to 2022-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5018496) i found out that my GPU not working anymore but still showing and still getting driver normally(I have used DDU to uninstall my drivers and reinstall its driver by Nvidia like usual) but nothing change its still not using my Gpu. When I gaming like it use my own intel R UHD and there is 0 percent on my gtx 1650ti . I am using Dell xps 15 9500 and every drivers from intel to Nvidia are up to date. I just met this problem on this update of Window.
