GPU making a rattling sound for 2 months, which is weird because I am sure it is in healthy shape.

Hello there,I have had an RTX 3060Ti for a year and half, with no issues whatsoever, I realized there was rattling sounds about a month ago and even was confirmed by my local tech that it is indeed coming from my GPU. I am certain it is not a "coil whine" because when I looked up a vid of the coil whine, it did not match the sound I was getting. At first, the sound would appear whenever I boot up windows, flash BIOS or shut down my pc. But not it only briefly appears when I shut down my pc for like 1.5s, then no more. I did a GPU FurMark test and stress tested it for 35 mins, My score was alm
