GPU Intensive Games Crash Computer

I normally play more e-sports type games online such as apex legends or call of duty. These games run perfectly fine. I normally overclock my gpu and have no issues. I recently started getting into some campaign single player games such as Hellblade II and Halo Infinite Campaign. When I run these kind of games I notice my gpu core clock is a lot lower than it is in the e-sports games, and this is expected because in the e-sports games I basically run the games with the lowest quality settings possible to achieve higher frames per second.
