GPU Error on laptop

From some months ago my laptop all the time crash when i play games especially League of Legends and GTA V .I tried to go in service but he said the laptop goes well, i tried to reinstall windows, gpu drivers but the problem persists. The error is : League of Legends- Windows has restarted your GPU driver due to a problem, driver upgrade or physical removal.\GTA V - ERR_GFX_D3D_initBefore 4years i play from the same laptop same games and all goes well with high performance.Please help to resolve this problem .
