GPU Driver issues on Windows Laptop | Disabling and Enabling the driver back again fixes the issue

For context, my GPU is a NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1650ti, currently I'm running Windows 11 on my laptop, but this issue was present before in Windows 10 too.The issues that I have been experiencing mostly happen when I'm connected to an external display, on my built in laptop screen things are a little bit more stable.The issues that I'm referring to are:Laptop screen brightness gets stuck at full brightness and there is no way to change it unless I restart my PCVideo playback stutters and crashes every time I switch tabs or windows (for any browser or video player) (happens 100% of the times in ext
