GPU crashing while playing games.

Hi! This problem has been happening to me for 1.5 years now.During the first years it would be like this:I will be playing a game, and after 30-40 minutes, gpu will crash and either VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR or VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE blue screen appears. I didnt mind at first, thought I was overloading my gpu, so I restarted my laptop. After 2 or 3 months, this started happening more regularly, BSOD appeard after 5-10 minutes, and sometimes after crash, it didnt restarted my pc automatically. Currently, when I try to open games that runs on DX11 or DX12, they just dont open and immediately crash my
