I've been dealing with this for a week now. My account is locked. I can't get support because every time I attempt to is asks me to login/sign in which is my main concern. I tried to get a verification code but it is not supported on my region (Philippines). My account is just newly registered and created when I got my brand new laptop with HP. I don't know how else to fix this. I already tried filling out a form but I don't have anything to put on the email address and subject part. Please help.My MS Office apps keeps on giving me error and I can't use them at all.
