Got a random jpg on my computer screen that showed up randomly.

Was minding my business then realized earlier my computer turned off randomly, then now theres a weird jpg that was on my computer (deleted it but it was a quantum internet thing) I think its a virus but none of my anti viruses are scanning it. what do I do? I'm scared to reset everything because theres important stuff on my computer i dont know if I'll get back. (my CPU and RAM are also usually very high)
