Got a problem after update window

Mine using Lenovo ideapad slim3 . On 10 Sep 2024 I has update the software(I'm using window 11 even before the update) and then restart. Then my task bar is gone and can't change language and window key not working(Include like Window R or Window X) and setting too. When i point my cursor to the task bar it's show the circle loading cursor. Every program that on my labtop not working (It's show up then show not responding) accept google chrome and This PC. i can't find any solution of my problem pls help me (Sorry if my gramma weird i'm not good at english)
