Go back recovery option, screen staying blank for 1hr +

Hi i performed a go back recovery on my pc to return from windows 24h2 to windows 23h2 (the option wasnt in grey it allowed me to proceed as i updated to windows 24h2 within the 10 day period), ever since starting the go back option my screen has been blank and it hasnt changed a single time, i check my second monitor and that screen also says no signal. Im not so sure what i should do as it has been over an hour now
