Getting this error when a game crashes

My games and pc have consistently been crashing, with it getting even worse lately even with my graphics turned onto the lowest options. the error i get is Win64_Shipping kernel32 ntdllIve manually updated all my drivers, cleaned my drives + the inside of computer, replaced my power cord, updated my windows, i have a minidump file and ran diagnostic tool but im not sure what it all means. I thought my main problem was the overheating but after cleaning the fans and replacing the power cord, my fans now produce cold air but even just using chrome will make my pc crash.
