Getting rid of pop up message upon restart.

I had epistart malware and it was removed with Malwarebytes. Now whenever I restart my computer I get the message "Windows cannot find "epibrowser.exe". Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again." How do I get rid of this message? Epistart still shows in my app list, but if I click on uninstall it says it isn't there and the folder is empty.
