Getting random CLOCK_WATHCDOG_TIMEOUT error BSOD and random freeze windows | How to fix?

I've cloned my old SSD to a new bigger capacity SSD. After the swapping the new SSD, I keep getting random freezes and BSOD. Tried uninstalling GPU driver with DDU and do a clean driver install from official Dell GPU Driver. Also, reinstall my audio driver. Still getting random freezes and BSOD. I'm getting CLOCK_WATHCDOG_TIMEOUT error. Not sure what to do from here. Here's the link for minidump file:Minidump
