Getting mscms.dll error whenever opening pictures

Hello,Recently when I was using Windows 10, I randomly got a system notification that there was a hard disk error. After restarting the computer, the computer did some kind of repair process before loading up Windows. After Windows loaded up, I notice that I can no longer open any pictures. Pictures by default open using the Photos program, and I always get this error message:C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\mscms.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error.
