Getting infinite pop-ups of about security certificate

Hey, I'm using windiows 11. I have tried downloading photoshop on this relatively new computer of mine not too long ago. Eversince I did, I have been getting pop-ups on my desktop saying "There is no information about the retraction of the security certificate for this website available. Would you like to continue?"I have tried looking at the certificate. This is apparantly referring to something called adobe.io, granted by Digicert TLS RSA...etc. Now I will say that in trying to find a good place to download photoshop, I did accedentally run into another website that was a bit more questionab
