getting inaccesable boot device BSOD when adding windows features

i have a laptop running Windows 11 and i wanted to install the Android subsystem so i tried to add it along with the Windows virtual machine platform and hypervisorafter adding these features I get an "inaccessible boot device" BSOD error and the only way to revert is to start into safe mode because it said it couldn't add the features so does a rollback. I even tried just only adding the android subsystem but had the same resultlaptop details below:Device name ThinkpadX1 Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable) Device ID 4C3AFC8F-
