Hello, today I purchased a product key for 11 Pro, from the Windows website. I paid for it, but never got the email with the product key. I have the charge to my account, and I have the account charge in my account. I've called a few numbers a this point and have yet to get a resolution or have been hung up on by the AI service several times. I would like some assistance if at all possible.
