Getting BSOD of 0x0000013a both on windows 10 and windows 11

I'm getting this BSOD not constantly but enough times that it's getting annoying, plus it somehow survived a complete PC reinstall...Can someone please tell me why this is happening or point me in the direction of which driver/hardware is causing this cuz I can't figure it out myself anymore! 122224-7062-01.7z
