Getting around with NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM BSoD

It all started when I restarted my laptop and then I got this NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM BSoD, since then I’ve been unable to use my laptop ever since, my C Drive is low on storage or almost full so factory resetting is not an option and system restore and safe mode don’t work, please help me..!
