Getting a high link speed in settings and low download speed from an internet test. How can I increase my internet speed?

I've looked and looked all over forums but have not found anyone with the same problem as me.According to my network and internet properties I'm getting a "Link speed (Receive/Transmit): 721/817 Mbps" and according to my control pannel im getting a speed of 1-1.2 Gbps, however, when I test on Ookla, I'm only getting a 91 Mbps download speed and a 94 Mbps upload speed. (images attached below)I cannot switch to wired internet as the motherboard I have (TUF gaming Z690-Plus WiFi D4) has factory problems with ethernet speeds above 100 Mbps.I've confirmed my drivers are up to date, ran the troubles
