Getting a BSOD on shutdown pretty regularly - need help troubleshooting

Hi!


I am hoping I might be able to get some guidance in troubleshooting the BSOD I seem to be getting on a regular basis now. I'm guessing it might be a USB driver issue, but I don't know how to figure that out. Here is the detail I received after restarting from the most recent BSOD:
