Getting a bootloop after the newest Win10 required update

Hello,I am using an HP laptop. So yesterday, Windows 10 had downloaded a required update and wanted me to restart to install it. But even before installing, my computer was acting up: if I opened up pictures, the Photos program that Windows uses would automatically close after a few seconds. I also could not shut down or restart my computer the normal way by clicking on the Start menu: I instead had to click the restart Computer text in Windows Update.After restarting, I went to bed and when I woke up, there was a blue screen saying that Windows could not load.
