Getting a black screen with the cursor after logging into the pc

After I enter my password and log in to the pc, it displays a black screen with the cursor. I went to the task manager by clicking Ctrl+Atl+Del, then when I went to the processes it's doesn't display an image name called explorer.exe but it does display dwm.exe. I tried doing a clean boot aswell and it changed nothing and I went to the run and typed in explorer.exe too and still no change. I'm a designer and with my pc broken I can't do anything please your help I will be really great full
