get rid of M365 Copilot app on desktops

Hi Microsoft, this horrible app gets installed automatically, even after uninstalling for all users and it wastes the taskbar as well. How to get rid of this clearly unwanted and annoying app (it is a kind of scareware to us) on desktops for all users permantly? Please write down a comprehensive and working instruction.
