Get help with sound settings in Windows

Microphone problem Hi I'm having trouble with my microphone because my pc has a microphone circle connecting thingy and one for the headset. I want to be able to use the headset mic but its not letting me use it as a input and a output. I looked into the settings but there is nothing that I can use to fix this issue.
