Get an app to open this "Windowsdefender" link

so basically after i've used windows 10 for a bit I've decided to go back to windows 11 since why not at the time i was using windows 10 i used ReviOS then i upgraded to windows 11 from the windows 11 assistant or something (it's full factory reset) now i see windows defender GONE like Earased from existence!, it might be because i've used reviOS before and didn't correctly factory reset my pc unfortunately, and i Sadly do not know how to fix it so i've came here (i've tried to screenshot and it failed so idk if a imgur link is against the Microsoft TOS or something)
