"Get Add-ins" on the ribbon missing in Outlook 365

Subscription Office 365.

Connected to Office 365 (Exchange account)User not seeing add-ins - Office 365


Get an Office Add-in for Outlook

I do NOT have Get Add-in button:

If I go via File > Manage Add-ins

There is NO option to Add from the Office Store (only File or URL exists)


In Outlook Web App I do NOT have Settings a785f192-ade0-4d00-bfa4-c6aa2c20b662.jpg> Manage integrations.


Also Store button can be added but is greyed out!

What controlls these settings?

I do not remember turning anything off in admin.microsoft.com but looks like it happened somehow (that affects all users)
