Geobook120 stuck in infinite loading after failed factory reset

I was suspicious I had malware on my laptop because in settings it said I had 25 GB of apps but I had 55 apps all being windows files and Spotify, totalling less that 2 GB so I tried to do a factory reset, it failed halfway through so I tried again and now it's stuck in an infinite loading screen with the GEO logo on it. How can I fix this? No keyboard shortcuts I tried worked and I have information on my laptop which will be bad if it gets into the wrong hands, if I have malware. E.g cards, accounts and phone numbers. Please help.
