Genuine Windows Key? (Having issues)

So a couple of years back I hired somebody to build a computer for me that says that they bought a genuine version of windows 11 pro edition. Everything was working fine up until a couple of days ago whenever the activate watermark started appearing on the monitor for some reason. I go to settings and it says that my windows computer can't connect to my organization for some reason? It's super annoying, please help!
