Thank you Engel for a very on-target reply -
The WGA (whatever that means) test ran and I got 'Passed' on all 7 elements.
(BTW, I'm on a modem connection, so these things happen slowly - actually
one of the main drawbacks of constantly having to repeat the process every
time I try to update my Windows.)
Anyway, at the conclusion I had the option of validating either Windows or
Office. I have both but chose Windows, at least for now. Thought it might
go back and reoffer the Office option but it did not.
A couple of questions if I might; 1) Does this mean I was not validated
before but am now? and 2) Can/should I rerun the whole thing just for the
Office option?
Thank you so much. Keep in mind I have no idea what's going on here, so
your help is very much appreciated.
