I have an NDIS driver that is the front end of an SSL VPN solution and we have a customer that has started to have issues. We cannot even ping the address of the gateway. They are getting a "General Error". Looking at Wireshark, we don't even see packets getting to the NDIS driver to process which tells me that there is somethings else wrong in the Windows network stack prior to my driver. We have gone thru all the steps that we can kind online, with the exception of doing a Network Reset.
Any thoughts or pointers would be helpful.
