Geeting back to WINDOWS 10 and MS OFFICE

MY laptop ran into problem after an incomplete update on 15th OCT 23. As none of the remedy worked and the machine was in a STOP CODE ERROR loop, I'd to do clean installation of WINDOWS 8.1. Prior to this incident I was using Windows 10 (upgrade) and I also lost MS OFFICE. Having successfully reinstated my laptop, i would like to get back to WINDOWS 10 and MS Office now. Kindly advice.
