Gave university access by accident to my device

Hello everyone, This year i entered university and as i wanted to add my university's account to my pc so i can have easy access to microsoft apps, I did by non attention allowed my university to have access to my own device which is my personal one, and it's asking me to change password sometimes and the new password have requirements and I can't set the password that I WANT .
