Gateway GWTN141-10BK updated and now is stuck on the aptio setup screen

My laptop updated over night. Now it’s stuck on the aptio setup screen BIOS. I’ve tried everything online that I could. I dont have the launch csm option, and f9 wont take me to the recovery screen. Im a college student and have absolutely no idea what to do. It was just working completely fine. It operates on windows 11. I thought I fixed it last night with a recovery code thingy (which i can’t get to pop up now) but I turned it on today and it’s messed up again. I can’t afford a new laptop or to get it fixed :( I bought the laptop last year. The warranty just ran out.
