GAOMON "USB device not recognised" issue?

Hello! Just the other day, my GAOMON M106K tablet was working perfectly fine, but upon connecting it this morning it no longer works. It gives me the "USB Device not Recognised" error when I plug it in. I've:Connected it to different USB portsUninstalled the drivers and reinstalled themChanged the battery saver settingsRestarted my computer (several times)Checked for driver issues (in which Windows told me it couldn't fix it)Installed all current Windows 10 updatesChanged the USB Root settingsI really don't know what could've caused this, the wire that connects it is perfectly fine, and nothin
