Gaming pc randomly shutting off while gaming with no warning

I'm about at my wits end trying to figure out what's going on. My custom built gaming pc has been randomly crashing while i've been playing games, i think ones with lots of particle effects are a big trigger for it. Notable examples are Final Fantasy XIV and Infinity Nikki. There is nothing showing up in event viewer, and there is no minidump or bluescreen. It just freezes for a second and then powers off. My graphics card is an AMD Radeon RX 6600 if thats relevant.
