Gaming PC all three monitors go black and system hangs when gaming.

I tried cleaning the PC, reseating the GPU, doing a clean install of drivers, but nothing helped and the issue is still occuring. I can hear the PC audio still for a few moments after the screen goes dark but then eventually that goes away too and I have to force a reset.
