Gaming Laptop performance degraded

My laptop was able to run games fine a while ago at a steady fps, but now it runs at about 20-30fps with low settings and constantly stutters in performance. I’ve updated all my drivers, windows updates, etc. I’ve done a clean install and downgraded from Windows 11 to Windows 10, but that isn’t the issue because the issue was occurring with Windows 11 aswell.What is the issue?Specs:RAM: 8gb (7.36 usable)Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 4600H with Radeon GraphicsNVIDIA Geforce GTX 1650
