"Gaming features aren't available for windows desktop or file explorer"

Hi! I'm trying to record my desktop using the xBox game bar. After I launch Game Bar, the option to record is greyed out. I get the error message "Gaming features aren't available for windows desktop or file explorer". I have enabled everything related to XBox Game Bar in Settings.I've tried all the suggested steps at this website:Why gaming features aren't available on the Windows desktop? (windowsreport.com)and also tried this from MicroSoft:Have you tried to reinstall the app using PowerShell? To do that open a PowerShell Windows in Administrator mode and run the following command: Get-AppX
