Games stopped working after upgrading to Windows 11

Hello. As the title suggests, I upgraded my laptop to Windows 11. Now, I am experiencing more issues than ever. My laptop started lagging and at some point I couldn't even open Settings, nor could type on the search bar. I solved this by disabling my Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630. Now , only my NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 is enabled.Another issue I am experiencing is my Task Manager. When I go to the 'Details' section, it shows nothing. No applications at all. This never happened on Windows 10. And when I try to exit it, it would go straight to 'Not Responding', so I always (always!) have to force to
