Games on pc won’t load and always getting error messages . Any help?

I’m trying to play games on my pc however I keep getting error messages like directx messages andI’ve tried loads of things and it just won’t work.This is the 2nd time this has happened the first time I had to factory reset my pc after asking Microsoft support for help and nothing worked from them.If there are any people that think they can help me fix this before I factory reset my pc please reply. Thank you
