Games not using EGPU

Before disabling I've noticed that windows makes the pc use less GPU (7 - 10%) before eventually reaching numbers like 30%. Also sometimes the EGPU isn't being used by some specific games even though I changed the setting to high performance and make it use the RTX 3060 Ti using the Graphics Settings in windows settings and I'm eventually forced to restart my laptop for it to use the EGPU.
