Games keep crashing after some minutes

Hello. I have been having some issues lately. Some of my games keep crashing out of nowhere. I will give some context before. My pc started freezing out of nowhere for some weird reason. After testing everything I could, I manage to fix that issue by disabling the global c-states in the bios. Now some of my games just keep crashing for seemingly no reason. One of the games that used to crash was Counter strike 2. I fixed it by going into the nvidia control panel, and enabling tripe buffer, v-sync and setting the power consumption mode thing to best performance. This though, doesn't seem to wor
