Games Crashing

I have been crashing with my games lately. Constant crashing after a few minutes of playing, or even 5 minutes or lesser. Sometimes it takes longer. My PC spec should not be the problem too though.I have downloaded my Event Viewer for the application logs, filtering the errors and warnings, just in case anyone needs it to help me check on this matter.
