Hello!
I am a newbie in computers and recently I built my own computer. Everything went well for the first couple of weeks and suddenly my games start crashing to desktop (Dota 2 and Valorant). I tried to use windbg preview and found out that it is caused by Exception code c0000005 (Access violation). I attached two dump files both from Dota 2 and Valorant hoping that maybe you can help me resolve this issue.
My temps both in GPU and CPU are also fine btw.
Quick Specs:
- AMD Ryzen 3 3300X (non overclocked)
- Asrock b450m Steel Legend
- Corsair Vengeance Pro 3200 cl16 2x8 gig
- GTX 1660 super
- 650 W power supply
The following are the things that I have done so far but unfortunately none of these solved the issue:
- Changed virtual memory
- Uninstalled-reinstalled games
- Re-installed drivers (used DDU for GPU)
- Reinstalled windows
- swapped out RAM and GPU
- reassembled the whole PC
- memtest86 for RAM (2 passes no error)
