Games crashing on Windows 11 but not immediately

Hi,Recently I built a new PC with Windows 11, I have been gaming on this PC for about 3 months and I had no problems with my games crashing but as of yesterday my games have started crashing in 2 to 30 minutes of me starting up my game. I'm running Windows 11 22621.2134, 22H2.When my game crash it doesn't show an error message but the game just closes. I have tried reinstalling the games, update my GPU drivers to the latest version and scan my PC for any corrupt files. Non-gaming applications are not suffering form any crashing issues (e.g. Chrome doesn't crash, neither does Steam or Discord),
