Games Crash to Desktop - Radar Pre Leak 64 - Been Trying to Fix For 4 Days

Hello, I've built my new pc and for the past 4 days I've been trying to debug this error where games just randomly crash, no dialog pop up just close. I've tried everything to fix it.I've updated the bios, reinstalled windows, cleared CMOS, reseated ram, reseated graphics card, stress tested on HWINFO64, disabled windows firewall, uninstalled riot vanguard, reinstalled graphics drivers, installed AMD chipset drivers, updated windows, and disabled core isolationHas happened on Deadlock, CS2, and Trackmania so far.
