Games crash after a little while of playing them

So I play video games every couple of days and whenever I am playing they crash. Sometimes its within a few minutes and others after half an hour. I think there might be 2 factors to this. The game(s) crash whenever I have discord or an outside audio playing at the same time. Or it is windows 11, before I installed windows 11 this never happened. And there is no crash screen, my whole computer freezes and makes a very loud buzzing noise, then I have to hold the power button or just turn off the power strip all together. The games I play are War Thunder and Valorant.
