Games crash after 5-10 minutes of game-play.

No matter what game I have played in the last few days they crash after 5-10minutes of gameplay. I have tried to verify game files which didn't work. After that not working I decided to do a windows reinstall, which again did not work. So I moved onto reseating everything within my PC, after reseating the CPU it helped for a few hours but after that went back to crashed after 5-10 minutes of game play, the only thing I have not touched hardware-related is my storage drives and PSU as I am not comfortable with messing with them in case I make the issue worse.
