Games automatically tabbing out

Whenever I’m playing a game, windows will randomly tab out my game from full screen. I’ve tried so many things besides completely restarting my pc. I’ve most recently downloaded focus.exe and when it does happen it just says”No foreground application. Nothing shows up in event log.
